That covers it so far….

Keep aware of continuing developments and check out the triharderpromotions.com website for more details and registration links.

We also invite everyone to the inaugural Dan Adair MD, Memorial Triathlon on August 13th at the YMCA west and the Sage City Sprint Triathlon on August 28 at the Monticello Aquatic Center.

Both offer pool swims and great bike rides with run courses on bike paths, so no cars to worry about.

Registration is open for both events and the Sage City has a collegiate discount for all current students.

Memorial Sportscare, Springfield Clinic Orthopedic Group and Kirby Medical Center have pulled out all the stops for these first time events.

So much SWAG to discuss but you need to come see it all on display at the July triathlons.

Finisher Medals for all triathletes in both August events.

Best of luck with your training and tri just a little bit harder. thnx
