The 2.4 mile swim and 10 mile trail run.

Thanks to Hammer Nutrition all entrants will receive a Transition towel in addition to the custom race shirt and on course support and post event food and drink.

Feedback has been very positive about this NEW event and after running the trails I can assure you the run is amazing.

Groomed trails 6-10 feet wide, hills, turns, and a challenge for all and best part is you will be in the forest of Panther Creek a beautiful site so take in the Nature.

Details at www.triharderpromotions.com

While on the website take a moment and register for the May 4th Abe’s Mini, Pioneer Sprint or Abe’s Tri Challenge that gets you two races in 1 day for a discounted rate.

Based on the April weather so far we are very happy with the decision to move the events to May this year.  After the past two years cold and wet temps we thought the move was right and so far the weather supports that decision.

Registration is brisk so please sign up today.

See you soon.

Course maps and details will be posted shortly for the Sept. 7th Cougar Sprint and Wildcat Olympic Triathlons at Panther Creek so keep checking the website. All permits are approved.

Both events offer a open water swim in Prairie Lake and a bike on road, paved bike path, gravel bike path and gravel roads.

Both runs are on the paved bike path that is sure to please and test all riders.  It takes you deep within the site and gives a past look at how the area was in it’s pristine glory.

Very scenic with some challenges to keep you working.
